What do I do when the NMVS returns an Alert?

I’ve received my Software (TAN) Code via email but my Username and Password has not arrived by post. How long does this normally take?

Your Username and Password should arrive within five days of the email, addressed to the End User Location Contact at the End User Location provided during registration.

How long is my UK MVS Certificate available to download?

The UK MVS Certificate is only available for download for 60 days. Please store a local copy with your Password.

How can I prevent my UK MVS account being locked?

Your UK MVS account will be automatically locked if you try to access the system using an incorrect Password three times.

I want to register multiple locations?

To register one or more Locations from one or more legal entities, select the Bulk Registration process when you have logged onto our Portal.

Can one End User register several times but for different Software Suppliers?

Yes, you can register the same End User Location for different Software Suppliers. However, this will appear as a duplicate, so we will contact you to ensure there are not errors.

Who can register with SecurMed UK MVS?

Registration is a simple and easy process.

Should we contact SecurMed to infiliate to GS1?

No. Please contact GS1 directly.

Does the WDA holder need to connect to the EMVS?

No. Unless the WDA holder is also an MAH or a Parallel Distributor, there is no need to connect to the EMVS.

Error 403 forbidden - what does it mean?

This error code occurs because the UK MVS cannot find the TAN Certificate. Problem

UK MVS Certificate has expired (two years)

Contact the SecurMed Service Desk to request a new Software (TAN) Code.
