How can I prevent my UKNI MVS account being locked?
Your UKNI MVS account will be automatically locked if you try to access the system using an incorrect Password more than three times.
If you have forgotten your Password, please go to the MVS GUI and use the ‘Reset Password’ link to change it before your account is locked.
To unlock your account, please contact the SecurMed Service Desk with your Username and End User Location details.
