NMVS Alert Management System (AMS)
We are now operating an NMVS Alert Management System (AMS).

[email protected]. and we will send you a link to register and enable you to log into the system.
The NMVS Alerts system supports the necessary escalation and alert investigation procedures for FMD. It is an intuitive and time-saving tool designed as a collaboration platform for all involved FMD stakeholders.
It enables Pharmacists and Wholesalers to collaborate (anonymously, if preferred) with Manufacturers to identify the cause of an alert and the actions required to resolve it, providing greater confidence for the user when dispensing Prescription Only Medicines (POMs).

Once registered, Community / Hospital Pharmacists, Doctors or Wholesalers should access the NMVS Alerts AMS using the following link: NMVS Alerts.
SecurMed has created a guide for End Users which can be accessed in this document.
Additionally, there is an End User Manual available within the NMVS Alerts system itself. Find it by selecting the Help icon (?) on the right-hand side of the top Menu bar.
