I haven’t used my credentials since registering and they don’t work. It’s more than 60 days since I received them.

The initial Software (TAN) Code and Password are only valid for 60 days

If you have not installed the UKNI MVS Certificate in this timeframe, we will need to issue you a new Certificate, new Software (TAN) Code and a new Password.
