Unlock my Account
If your UKNI MVS account has become locked, please email us at [email protected] to request it to be unlocked.
Please send your request from an email address you previously provided, either at the point of registration, or in a subsequent notification of amendment and include the following:
- Your name
- Your contact number (we will need to call you for verification purposes)
- The address (including postcode) of the location
- Your username (if known) – e.g. PHARUK/ or HOSPUK/ or WHOLUK/ followed by 8 digits
We will unlock your account and either call or email confirmation.
