UKNI MVS Users
End Users
End Users are required to register with SecurMed if their Primary location is in Northern Ireland.
Registering with SecurMed for Access to the UKNI MVS
Registration is required of all organisations and companies that handle or dispense prescription medicine, located in Northern Ireland, including (but not limited to):
- Community Pharmacies
- Hospital Pharmacies
- GP Practices and Health Centres
- Dispensing Doctors
- Inpatient/Outpatient Clinics
- Wholesalers
Multiple Functions
If your End User Location performs more than one Function, such as a Pharmacy and a Wholesaler, you will need to register each Function separately as individual End User Locations.
Please consult with your competent authority to confirm whether you should register with us.
Change of Ownership
If there has been a change of ownership at the location registered with SecurMed, the new owner will need to register the location again, to enable us to update our records and verify the change. The new owner will be required to accept the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), before access to the UKNI MVS for that location can continue.
