Locked Account


If your UKNI MVS account has become locked, please email us at help@securmed.org.uk to request it to be unlocked.  

Please send your request from an email address you previously provided, either at the point of registration, or in a subsequent notification of amendment and include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your contact number (we will need to call you for verification purposes)
  • The address (including postcode) of the location
  • Your username (if known)

We will unlock your account and either call or email confirmation.
