For those organisations who do not have an IT software provider, or who seek to find companies providing solutions, SecurMed has published the following list of providers.
There are two processes MAHs must complete to onboard for FMD:
1. Onboard to the European Medicines Verification Organisation(EMVO)
All MAHs must onboard to the EMVO to be able to upload pack information to the UK MVS.
Request from a Pack-In-Hand actor
In order for us to proceed with the analysis please download and complete the PiH_Alert data request form and return it along with photos of the pack (if you still have it).

To register for the FMD Safety Features newsletter, or for any queries about the FMD, please contact the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Your UK MVS Certificate must be installed locally to be able to reset your Password. You can only reset your Password using the UK MVS GUI.
Fill out an MAH Registration Form and return to SecurMed.
Complete a SecurMed MAH Agreement and return to SecurMed.
The End User Password is valid for 365 days after registration or a reset. In the 30 days prior to the Password expiry date, the UK MVS generates a message to inform the End User Location Contact that the Password must be changed.
If you have successfully logged onto the UK MVS but are having a problem logging onto your FMD software, please contact your Software Supplier.

Your reset email has been sent to the UK MVS contact email address you provided at End User Registration. This email is sent directly from the UK MVS and not SecurMed UK. Please also check the Junk folder.
‘Product Not Found’ alerts amount to more than 30% of the total alerts generated when scanning medicines under FMD. Often, this is due to packs which are not part of FMD or are from batches generated prior to FMD coming into effect.
