1. Onboard to the European Medicines Verification Organisation(EMVO)
All MAHs must onboard to the EMVO to be able to upload pack information to the UKNI MVS.
This Portal enables Pharmacists and Wholesalers to collaborate (anonymously, if preferred) with Manufacturers to identify the cause of an alert and the actions required to resolve it.
We recommend you contact your software supplier in the first instance, as they may have a record of your existing password, or provide the functionality to reset it. You can use the reset password function found in the UKNI MVS GUI.
The End User Password is valid for 365 days after registration or a reset. In the 30 days prior to the Password expiry date, the UKNI MVS generates a message to inform the End User Location Contact that the Password must be changed.
Your reset email has been sent to the UKNI MVS contact email address you provided at End User Registration. Please check the Junk folder. If you provided the email address of your Software Supplier, please contact them to retrieve the reset email.
We hold the following contact details, which can be the same person;
Primary contact - this is our main contact for the location
NMVS contact - this is an email contact for MVS system messages, reset password links and new TAN certificates
We will need the following information:
To register one or more Locations from one or more legal entities, select the Bulk Registration process when you have logged onto our Portal.
Please advise us of any changes to location, you can call us or email us.
Please advise us of any change to the software supplier / application you use to access FMD, either by email or phone.
