Error 403 forbidden - what does it mean?

This error code occurs because the UKNI MVS cannot find the User Certificate.

Problem	Solution
UKNI MVS Certificate has expired (two years)	Contact the SecurMed Service Desk to request a new User Certificate.
UKNI MVS Certificate not installed:	Visit our Quick Start Guide to install your UKNI MVS Certificate. If you completed this process and the error code is still occurring, please contact your Software Supplier.
User Certificate expired	Your TAN code is only valid for 60 days. If it has expired before you downloaded your UKNI MVS Certificate, please contact the SecurMed Service Desk to request a new Software (TAN) Code.

If you have successfully logged onto the UKNI MVS but are having a problem logging onto your FMD software, please contact your Software Supplier.

Our GP Practice has a main surgery and several branch surgeries. Which do I need to register?

Please check which surgeries are registered with the relevant professional or sectoral body (such as NI Direct). SecurMed will provide individual credentials for each Location that is individually registered with the relevant body.

Is it possible for Software Suppliers to register their clients without an agreement for the FMD service?

It is not recommended. It is necessary for the person registering to accept the terms and conditions of the EULA, which could not be justified without an agreement in place.

Is each GP a separate legal entity?

Each GP Practice (with one or more GP partners) is a separate legal entity. SecurMed registers Locations, not people. The location is processed as per the registered body information provided.
