This depends upon the terms and conditions of both the Wholesaler and the manufacturer. However, in general, we expect the current returns process will remain valid as long as the stock has not been decommissioned and the anti-tamper device is still intact.
Each healthcare institution, pharmacy and wholesaler will need to purchase the equipment required to enable it to scan the unique identifier and undertake verification and decommissioning.
If you have successfully logged onto the UKNI MVS but are having a problem logging onto your FMD software, please contact your Software Supplier.
Please check which surgeries are registered with the relevant professional or sectoral body (such as NI Direct). SecurMed will provide individual credentials for each Location that is individually registered with the relevant body.
It is not recommended. It is necessary for the person registering to accept the terms and conditions of the EULA, which could not be justified without an agreement in place.
Each GP Practice (with one or more GP partners) is a separate legal entity. SecurMed registers Locations, not people. The location is processed as per the registered body information provided.

Joining the Pilot doesn’t require any setup effort on your part, you simply let us know you’d like to join, and we will add your chosen Contact email address to the system. That email will then receive notifications of any Alerts raised during your scanning for FMD, and you will be able to easily resolve those Alerts in communication with the MAH and SecurMed.
