The End User Password is valid for 365 days after registration or a reset. In the 30 days prior to the Password expiry date, the UKNI MVS generates a message to inform the End User Location Contact that the Password must be changed.
If you do not change your Password within this time period, your Password will expire.
Some End Users are experiencing problems with logging in to the UKNI MVS due to expired passwords. Please read the following Customer Information for further guidance.
Bulk Registrations are suitable for multiple organisations/companies within the same legal entity at the same time. Each organisation/company will be an individual End User Location and will therefore have its own Username and UKNI MVS Certificate.
To register, please read our guidance below and the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) carefully. For more detailed information, please see our End User Registration Process Overview.
This depends upon the terms and conditions of both the Wholesaler and the manufacturer. However, in general, we expect the current returns process will remain valid as long as the stock has not been decommissioned and the anti-tamper device is still intact.
Each healthcare institution, pharmacy and wholesaler will need to purchase the equipment required to enable it to scan the unique identifier and undertake verification and decommissioning.
If you have successfully logged onto the UKNI MVS but are having a problem logging onto your FMD software, please contact your Software Supplier.
Your Username and Password should arrive within five days of the email, addressed to the End User Location Contact at the End User Location provided during registration.
