“Product Not Found” Alert - Change in procedure
“Product not found” alerts amount to more than 30% of the total alerts generated when scanning medicines under FMD. Often this is due to packs being scanned which are not part of FMD or are from batches prior to FMD coming into effect.
A new version of the Medicines Verification System (R1.06) designed to improve the End-user experience will be released in February / March 2020.
