How do I progress the analysis of Alerts?

This Portal enables Pharmacists and Wholesalers to collaborate (anonymously, if preferred) with Manufacturers to identify the cause of an alert and the actions required to resolve it. 

End Users (Pharmacists and Wholesalers)

Community / Hospital Pharmacist, Doctors or Wholesalers should access the Portal using the following link:

Manufacturers (OBPs/MAHs)

Manufacturers (On-Boarding Partners / Market Authorisation Holders) should access the Portal using the following link:
