First Login to UK MVS - Quick Start Guide - Step 3

Please make sure you have completed STEP 2 - Install Certificate before following STEP 3.

We have created videos to explain the processes for you.  By clicking on the Play Button below, you can watch and listen before you begin.

STEP 3 -  Log on to UK MVS

  1. Open UK MVS
  2. Wait for Certificate prompt and select your Certificate
  3. Log in with your Username and Password
  4. Follow prompt to change your Password
  5. Record your new Password in safe place

Should we contact SecurMed to infiliate to GS1?

No. Please contact GS1 directly.

Does Article 37(d) require that a National Medicine Verification Organisation (NMVO) directly alerts the relevant national competent authorities, the EMA and the Commission about a falsification? Is there is a time limit for such alerting?

The use of the term “provide for” in Article 37(d) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/161 means that an NMVO has to ensure that the National Competent Authorities (NCA), the EMA and the Commission are informed.
