STEP 2 - Install Certificate

These instructions are for PC users only. If you are a MAC user, please read our Initial Production MVS Setup Guidelines for directions on how to continue.
Once STEP 2 is complete, go to the last step, STEP 3.
We recommend you contact your software supplier in the first instance, as they may have a record of your existing password, or provide the functionality to reset it. You can use the reset password function found in the UKNI MVS GUI.
Your reset email has been sent to the UKNI MVS system contact email address you provided at End User Registration. Please contact them to retrieve the password reset email.
The End User Password is valid for 365 days after registration or a reset. In the 30 days prior to the Password expiry date, the UKNI MVS generates a message to inform the End User Location Contact that the Password must be changed.

SecurMed is required to verify the legitimacy of any location wishing to register with us, including any change of ownership of a location. Ideally, the current owner should notify us of their intention to sell, and provide details of the new owner.
We are looking for interested Community Pharmacies, Hospital Pharmacies, Wholesalers, GPs, Dispensing Doctors and Health Centres to join the Pilot of our new NMVS Alerts system.
Joining the Pilot doesn’t require any setup effort on your part, you simply let us know you’d like to join, and we will add your chosen Contact email address to the system. That email will then receive notifications of any Alerts raised during your scanning for FMD, and you will be able to easily resolve those Alerts in communication with the MAH and SecurMed.
