Change of Location

Please advise us of any changes to location, you can call us or email us.  We will need the following information:

  • MVS user name (if you know it)
  • Your contact information (name, email and/or phone number)
  • Company Name (Legal entity)
  • End User Location Name, for example the Trading As name
  • New address, including postcode
  • Old address, including postcode
  • Your new registration body reference, e.g. GPhC registration ID

We will contact you if we need further information, please note we reverify all locations on an annual basis.

Register as an End User

I have tried to reset my Password but have not received the reset email. What should I do?

Your reset email has been sent to the UKNI MVS contact email address you provided at End User Registration. Please check the Junk folder. If you provided the email address of your Software Supplier, please contact them to retrieve the reset email.

Reset my Password

The End User Password is valid for 365 days after registration or a reset. In the 30 days prior to the Password expiry date, the UKNI MVS generates a message to inform the End User Location Contact that the Password must be changed.

I want to register multiple locations?

To register one or more Locations from one or more legal entities, select the Bulk Registration process when you have logged onto our Portal.
